5.2. For Immigration and Real Estate matters, fees may be structured as flat fees, hourly rates, or other arrangements as agreed upon in writing. All fee arrangements will be clearly communicated and documented in a signed retainer agreement before any work begins.

5.3. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, court filing fees, government fees, and third-party costs that may arise in connection with your legal matter.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. 14.3. Entire Agreement:These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any signed retainer agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Simpson & Mena regarding the use of the Website.
